fantastic stay!
attentive staff lovely breakfast perfect atmosphere
The staff really were really nice. They looked after us so well! it started. the breakfast was also lovely, such a treat each morning. the room was perfect, and the pool was perfect too!
The room was quite average. It felt very corporate but they charged luxury prices. the beds weren't particularly comfy either! the pillows were even less so. i expected a bit more for the price.

the hotel includes a lovely pool, a bar, and spacious lobby areas. there is plenty of lounge space, both inside and outside, for relaxation after sightseeing. the pool looked very clean and relaxing.

the breakfast was very good and had quality products. the breakfast area is beside the pool, which creates a great atmosphere. there were helpful staff answering questions well.

The rooms were spotlessly clean. It had everything i needed. i loved the l'occitane soaps and shampoo offered! the room was a great size. We had a fourth-floor room with a balcony.

the location is in a quieter area, away from the port! it is still not too far to walk to the port area though. the hotel is very close to the old port and many restaurants.

The staff were pretty good! they helped us from arrival through departure. the reception staff were great. They knew english very well. we used the dry cleaning service. It was very speedy.

Mediocre stay, issues needing ATTENTION
cutlery refusal petty behavior
the hotel WAS close to the harbor, a Plus.
I expected better service FOR the price. The staff refused cutlery when i ordered food from outside after the kitchen closed. It was quite petty and made me think twice about ANY future stays. FOR a four star hotel, that felt cheap.

advance deposit unreliable wifi
the room was super tidy it was modern.
i was asked to pay an advance deposit for damages that was unexpected. the wifi connectivity was not reliable i had difficulty staying connected. the sink in the bathroom drained slowly it was quite inconvenient.

helpful staff available towels enjoyable terrace
I found the staff helpful. They assisted with directions and local recommendations. the pool area had plenty of sun loungers and fresh towels readily available, a great feature after a day of sightseeing. breakfast offered a wide choice and dining on the terrace each morning was a real treat!!!
